The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including calendar management, digital and print advertising, event planning, graphic design, and social media management, focusing on enhancing the company's brand image and driving engagement. We are looking for a creative and organized marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional graphic design skills, and a proven ability to manage marketing initiatives proactively. Responsibilities will include:
 

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Create marketing materials, graphics, and visuals to support campaigns and initiatives.

  • Create and distribute press releases to promote company achievements and product launches.

  • Plan and coordinate tradeshows, ensuring a compelling presence and lead generation.

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for successfully executing the inside sales process, including lead management, negotiation, and account care for a range of highly technical products in the EMEA region. A successful candidate will have a proven Software/SaaS Sales track record, winning new business while maintaining high customer renewal rates. Responsibilities will include:
 

  • Provide basic product knowledge to answer questions from customers in R&D.

  • Communicate externally with buyers and deal with procurement teams.

  • Communicate internally with group managers and application engineers.

  • Set sales goals and meet objectives set by leadership.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.

  • Follow up with cold and warm leads by phone, e-mail and social media.

  • Maintain CRM database
